Koenji Engei Matsuri (Koenji Performing Arts Festival)
More than 100 entertainers gathered at Koenji, with the concept "to Koenji in a city full of laughter". In a rakugo comic book, a comic book known as a traditional Japanese comedy originating in the Edo period, wrapped in a cold winter with warm laugh.
